I never noticed it until my 5th time watching it this morning. Being that I don't have the episodes recorded, and I was only about 6 or 7 at the time of the series, I can't remember if I saw it or not.

New question: Does Burt repair his powerwagon, or buy a new one? In Blast from the Past the hood is torn up by the assblaster, in Ghost Dance I believe the engine finally gives out from capturing the bacteria cloud.

Burt's Power Wagon

Doesn't Burt's truck appear, repaired, in Episode 10/Graboid Rights?

I would assume that Burt and Tyler rebuilt the engine at Tyler's garage- Burt could clearly have done it himself, but I would think Tyler could help him rebuild it faster and better.

I noticed something while watching A Blast From The Past. When burt uses his car as bait for the AB, when El Blanco interrupts he only goes under the car. The car was on but why did EB not attack it?

I don't think the car was on, a car remains pretty warm for a period of time after it's been turned off.

Ill have to watch it again very closely next time.

Another one: I may not be watching close enough, but it seems in NOTS, that other scientist guy seems to disappear when the shreikers begin to dig.

If Shriekers were attacking, wouldn't you disappear, too?

Not trying to sound cocky, but not really. I'm a redneck and livevwhere everyone around knows how to use a gun and has shot atleast six by the age of two.

Not to sound cocky, but have you ever been up against a shrieker? No? Didn't think so. They're pretty darn... Hellish, I believe fits quite well.

And you have? :P

Now I would be cautious with space blankets, but they are vuberable to gunfire which there should be plenty of.

I have not, but I think you (as many others, me included) isn't capable of knowing what you'd do in a certain situation you've never encountered before. Like a herd of shriekers who are out to kill and eat you. It's hard to stay cool and just shoot them, even Burt kind of freaked the first time he encountered them. ;)

While freaked out Burt handled the situation quite well for his first sgreiker attack.

Also for shreikers, are they in herds, packs, hordes, swarms etc.?

I'm pretty sure they're referred to as in a herd.
"A herd of shriekers", I don't have B2P handy, but if you do check the opening sequence. I believe Burt refers to them as such.

Mmm well if that is the official term then ok. Although I always thought of a herd as a group of non carnovorous animals
