Imminent Domain

Considering the latest Supreme Court Ruling on Imminent Domain I think Burt had it right in T3. When the Dept. of Interior Agent tells everyone that they will be compensated for their property if the Feds. have to take their property if El Blanco is seen as a public threat. Burt says, "Imminent Domain and people call me paranoid!" Considering this was in 2001 and not 2005 old Burt was sort of right on the money! :roll:
